Magazine Susch / Artist Booklet

In the summer of 2022, Muzeum Susch commissioned Cranky Bodies a/company for the Magazine Susch MS#4 Artist Booklet. The issue came out in March 2023 and can be purchased through the Muzeum Susch outlets. Find it on the Muzeum’s website ►► here.

MS#4 reader serves as a platform to open up, continue and develop creative dialogue with artists, curators and researchers who were present in the programme of Muzeum Susch in 2022.

Magazine Susch is published once a year, and each publication contains an inserted artist booklet for which an individual artist (or artist collaboration) is commissioned. For Cranky Bodies, Michiel Keuper together with longtime Cranky collaborator Marcio Canabarro created a photo essay based on Cranky Bodies’ visual archive.

To accompany the booklet, the magazine contains an article by Jette Büchsenschütz. As a longtime Cranky Bodies collaborator on dramaturgy, she wrote an essay on Cranky Bodies a/company, our work, and practice. It can also be read under Cranky Texts ►► here.
